Post-Adoption Support Services Iowa has many families who have adopted a child from foster care into their forever family. After adoption, it's normal for families and children to still face some unique challenges. That's why Iowa KidsNet provides post-adoption support to Iowa's foster adopt families through a program called Navigator. The goal of post-adoption support is to keep a child and family stable. After all these families have done to love and support Iowa's kids, we're proud to offer continuing support our families!
