Post-Adoption Support Services Iowa has many families who have adopted a child from foster care into their forever family. After adoption, it's normal for families and children to still face some unique challenges. That's why Iowa KidsNet provides post-adoption support to Iowa's foster adopt families. The goal of post-adoption support is to keep a child and family stable. We're proud to offer continuing support to Iowa adoptive families! Post-adoption support services are free for a family who currently has a DHS subsidized adoption. Make a referral for post-adoption support To make a referral request to receive post-adoption support services, please email PAS@iowakidsnet.com with your name, a phone number where you can be reached during business hours and your County of residence.
