Zach is an easygoing 13-year-old with a great sense of humor.  He is a very caring child and shows this through his love of animals.  Zach currently lives on a farm and is very helpful with the chores and animals.  He also loves video games and is very good at them.

Adults who know Zach describe him as a good kid who needs a stable, loving home.  He would like a family that will participate in outdoor activities, watch television and play games with him.  He would prefer to continue to live on a farm. Zach has made some great connections in the Vinton-Shellsburg community and would like to stay in that area.  Due to some developmental disabilities, Zach needs a family that will help him learn boundaries and work through some behavioral issues. This family should be ready to make a long term commitment to Zach.
